Planning for weddings and events can sometimes be overwhelming! Why not allow Wendland Events to take it on!

Planning packages can be consultations by the hour (ideal for those not sure exactly what they want and are seeking help) or can be selected from the packages on offer below.

Planning Services by The Hour

This package is ideal for couples and individuals who are seeking assistance to get their event planning on track. You can book any amount of time starting from one hour. If you are unsure how much time will be required, contact us and we can formulate this together.

Vendor Planning

How do I know if vendor planning is for us? If you have your ceremony and reception booked, and your merely looking for assistance booking your vendors then this is the package for you! Booking vendors and sourcing quotes for photographers, cake designers, décor, caterers, bands, djs, equipment hire is all part of the package. A maximum of 3 quotes per category will be included. We will organize meetings with the selected vendors on your behalf and negotiate with them to make sure you have everything you need to ensure smooth running of your event.

Full Event Planning & Coordination

This package focuses on the whole event. So, if your feeling like you don’t know where to start, then this is the package that would suit you! This package includes securing your ceremony and reception venue, catering and beverage requirements, selecting your vendors and liaising with them to meet your needs, and even sourcing hair and makeup and anything beauty! We can provide a list of accommodation suggestions for guests, catering for your special day prior or post event (catering or restaurant bookings), and transport suggestions.
